Microsoft Partners with Ed4All and NIOS to Empower Students in an Open School System

Microsoft and the edtech platform Ed4All have collaborated with the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) to transform learning in the open education system in India and equip students with digital skills to prepare them for employment with BLEAP for NIOS, a first of its kind of personalized technology platform that offers a personalized learning experience.

The partnership will benefit more than 170 million learners in India’s open education ecosystem by giving them access to the tools, experiences and skills needed to be ready to work in a digital economy.

Built on the Microsoft stack of Teams, M365 and Azure, BLEAP for NIOS, the platform brings together live courses and labs, recorded sessions, remotely monitored exams and assessments, as well as courses and certifications based on skills to provide a holistic learning experience. Students will have access to digital courses on the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data science, among others.
