510 Driggs Avenue completes construction in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Construction ends on 510 Driggs Avenuea six-storey residential building in Williamsburg, brooklyn. Conceived by Wood Bagot and developed by Northlink Capital, the 79,500 square foot structure will produce 44 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom layouts with sales led by Nest Seekers Development Marketing’s Serhant team. The development will also produce 12,820 square feet of retail space. Ray Builders is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the intersection of Driggs Avenue and North 8th Street.

Recent photos show the finished appearance of the upper levels of the building. The structure features a distinctive design with white brick surrounding an irregular grid of windows with an alternating pattern of projecting and recessed black frames. The corner of the building features sectional terraces and the upper level is covered with a glass curtain wall. Rendering shows landscaping at roof level and greenery hanging atop the brick mass.

Sidewalk scaffolding still surrounds the ground floor as construction winds down.

Residences feature European white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, open-concept layouts, LG or Miele washers and dryers, and private balconies or patios. Kitchens are finished with polished Grigio Pearl marble countertops, custom cabinetry, dining peninsulas or islands, and Miele appliances. Bathrooms have custom vanities, marble flooring, and Toto toilets.

The outdoor rooftop terrace will be equipped with grilling stations and private cabanas. The absence of nearby high-rise buildings will provide residents with abundant natural light and views of the neighborhood. Other on-site facilities include a fitness center and multi-purpose lounge with kitchen and cafe-bar, all connected to an adjacent landscaped courtyard. The L train is conveniently located south of the property.

510 Driggs Avenue is likely to finish construction by the end of the year or early 2023 at the latest.
